  • Major Addition and Remodel

This major addition and remodel of a 1950’s Ranch style home was a showcase home in the 2008 Tuckahoe Home & Garden Tour. This project consisted of an entire second level “pop the top,” rear porch, and extensive interior remodeling.

The second level floor consisted of recycled lumber extracted from old barns and the ancient Chinese Elm kitchen island top.
